Just 3 simple actions.

The 3 simple actions....

Take out a piece of paper or make a checklist for everyday and do these 3 actions and you will hopefully feel better!


1.  Write down 3 things that you are grateful for in your life?(make them different everyday).


2.  Write down 3 things you got done today?(made an awesome sale at work, walked in extra mile, told your husband/wife you loved them, etc..).


3.  Do just 1 random act of kindness for someone else and expect nothing in return(family, friend, complete stranger, clearing broken glass off a sidewalk, etc..).


The feeling you get when you have done all of these things at the end of the day is so so great!


*Try your best to do these everyday and hopefully after awhile it will become a habit.
